In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, Kundiman and Wikimedia NYC are hosting a weeklong Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon focusing on Asian American literature. Since 2018, Kundiman and Wikimedia NYC and DC have partnered to address the erasure of Asian American writers online. We’ve taken the opportunity of social distancing to extend our traditional one-day Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon into a weeklong marathon Wiki editing! There is no experience required, and Wikipedia newbies are encouraged! We will offer three no-cost online trainings via Zoom throughout the week, thanks to Wikimedia NYC.
