Anxiety Toolbox Workshops

We’ve never lived through a pandemic before. With the amount of stressful information thrown at us every day (not to mention what we go through as marginalized folx our whole lives) and the fearful social climate we’re in, feelings of anxiety are normal and expected. But that doesn’t mean we should just accept them as our everyday state of being.
We invite you to a series of workshops on how to recognize, break down, and effectively cope with anxiety facilitated by counseling psychologist Cecile Hyewon Bhang Ph.D. It is a 3-day series, but please feel free to join as few (or many) as you like.
